Role: Level Designer, Narrative Designer and Artist.
An experimental branching narrative experience where even the smallest choices make big waves. The path you walk reflects your choices, and the world evolves around you. Where will you end up?
The experience was created during the 2017 Global Game Jam where “Waves” was the theme.
For this project, I was tasked with creating the wireframe of the branching narrative in Trello, which I then turned the Trello prototype into a map for UE4, with the paths that branch from each island being a different choice on how to progress the story. I was also responsible for level design of this project, from designing the map layout to populating each island with a different emotion and story using environmental storytelling.
